Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, everything is included in the price. If you'd rather we use specific products in your home, leave them out and tell us.

How narrow is the arrival window?

One hour, on a set day, so you can plan around it. Most companies give you a half-day window or just the date.

Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?

Employees, trained to our own method. Subcontracting is cheaper to run and worse for you — nobody controls how the work actually gets done.

What if something isn't right?

Tell us and we note it on your file, so it is handled that way from then on. Your preferences travel with the job, not with one person's memory.

Do you clean dental and medical offices?

Yes, after hours, with an infection-control checklist, colour-coded microfibre, documented disinfectant dwell times and a written scope signed off by the practice owner.
