Downtown condos, heritage homes and rentals. Our busiest area for move-outs and one-bedroom recurring work.
The region's largest municipality. Family homes, university rentals and a lot of bi-weekly recurring service.
Character homes built before 1940, plus Uplands estates that need two cleaners and a lighter hand on original surfaces.
Naval community with older homes and a growing number of condos. Frequent postings mean steady move-in and move-out work.
Newer subdivisions and townhomes between the core and the Westshore. Easy parking, straightforward recurring cleans.
The fastest-growing part of the region, and where most new-build cleaning is.
The fastest-growing city in BC. New builds, townhome complexes and young families — heavy demand for recurring bi-weekly work.
New subdivisions and ocean-view homes. Post-construction cleaning is a steady line of work here.
Rural acreage and larger custom homes. Usually a two-cleaner visit; we schedule these together to keep the route sensible.
Rural properties and farmhouses. Best booked on the same day as Colwood or Langford work.
Sidney has the oldest average age in the region, and our seniors service is busiest here.
Condos, townhomes and a large retired population. Weekly seniors slots with the same cleaner are our most requested service in Sidney.
Larger properties on acreage near the airport and ferry terminal. Mostly weekly and bi-weekly recurring work.
Farmland, village homes and newer developments. Brentwood Bay and Saanichton are on our regular peninsula route.
Further out, so we group these visits. Worth booking with a neighbour to split the trip.

Commercial and strata work is region-wide too. Dental and medical offices, strata common areas and small commercial spaces are cleaned on the same footprint, evenings, on a set schedule.
